Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on DTC audiences β€’ 8+ years of experience in growth marketing across various channels, including a strong emphasis on paid (especially digital) and owned channels (email, SMS) β€’ 6+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role with experience building a team from scratch β€’ Proven experience working cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams β€’ Strong analytical skills and financial acumen β€’ Proven experience developing and executing a marketing strategy
