🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing • 6+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding a team (team size of at least 10) • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing across a variety of channels, including paid (primarily digital) and owned (email, SMS) • Experience managing an annual marketing budget of at least $50M, with multiple channels exceeding $10M+ each • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen • Demonstrated success in driving significant growth with 50%+ YoY growth • Track record of launching and scaling new marketing programs or channels • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
