• Guide clients through the college funding process • Help families understand college costs, financing options, and available resources • Conduct individual counseling sessions on paying for college or repaying student loans • Manage time to meet weekly goals • Work autonomously with guidance from management on complex situations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • Experience managing Student Financial Aid (SFA) and institutional aid programs • Experience at multiple colleges or universities is preferred • Intimate understanding of the FSA regulations, institutional methodology and awarding practices at private colleges, and student loan repayment options • Extensive contact with students and parents • Excellent listening skills and ability to develop a trusted rapport • Flexibility and adaptability to new technology • Ability to self-motivate and work independently to meet all deadlines, administrative, and client responsibilities
