Description

• Provide subject matter expertise and implementation guidance for EdAssist solutions • Collaborate across teams to gather client requirements for high quality solutions • Consult on best practices for implementing tuition reimbursement and loan repayment solutions • Lead requirements definition, documentation, training, and system configuration • Ensure functional and technical deliverables are defined and delivered successfully • Work with Project Manager to define, estimate, and deliver projects on time • Support revenue generating activities through billable client engagements • Domestic travel to unanticipated sites as required for client and organizational meetings (approximately 25%)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • Two years of experience in the job offered or external/internal software consulting and implementation • Documenting solutions to streamline post implementation strategies • Collaboration with clients and developers for functional specifications and data mapping • Clear documentation of functional and technical deliverables with documentation tools • Conducting training sessions for stakeholders and peers • Configuration of client system requirements • Project Management tools • CRM based tools
