📋 Description
• Process and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. • Provide expert advice and support on payroll-related matters to HR, finance, and other internal teams. • Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies, offering solutions and recommendations. • Ensure seamless integration between payroll systems and other HR and financial systems. • Ensure the year end 1099s and W-2s are correct as well as the tax reports generated by the payroll processing vendor. • Maintain and set up company state withholding accounts, unemployment accounts and local taxes in new localities and states. • Maintain excellent and prompt communications with providers in email communications. • Conduct regular system audits and evaluations to ensure data integrity and system performance. • Prepare and submit payroll reports and analyses to management, highlighting key metrics and trends. • Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and information.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, consulting, or a related role. • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, software, and processes (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP). • In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data analysis tools.
