Description

• Design and manage cohesive demand generation plans. • Serve as a cross-functional leader across digital media, CRM, ecommerce, and sales tactics. • Drive strategies across marketing and sales funnel for conversion. • Design reporting requirements and provide guidance for launch decisions and optimizations. • Partner with Marketing Strategy team to maintain exceptional processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. • 7+ years of Demand Gen, Digital Marketing, CRM or relevant experience. • Understanding of how to drive down CAC while achieving high growth simultaneously. • Expertise in fundamental principles of digital marketing, media and CRM metrics. • Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills. • Executive presence with the ability to present to and influence senior level audiences. • Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Experience leading and influencing both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment.
