Description

• Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team • Looking for a world-class problem solver and highly structured thinker using data • Answer high priority business questions to drive growth and support day-to-day reporting • Work closely with Data & Analytics Engineering team to improve operational data sets • Ideal candidate enjoys finding patterns amidst chaos and uses analytics to drive impact

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in analytics, business intelligence, or other relevant technical role • Highly proficient in SQL with working knowledge of optimizing and debugging complex queries • Proficiency in one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma) • Must have experience deriving insights from complex data and dealing with relational databases • Working knowledge of data engineering principles • Demonstrated ability to be a trusted & respected business partner • Ownership mindset: Able to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance • Experience with relevant tools a plus (dbt, Tableau, Airflow, Salesforce) • Experience designing A/B tests and interpreting results a plus
