Description

•Product analysts at Brigit work within a product pod for flagship products. •Help identify and optimize opportunities while influencing product and company-level strategy. •Become key influencer and subject matter expert for the CB product squad. •Define success metrics and design hypothesis-driven tests. •Conduct exploratory data analysis to estimate the impact of changes on KPIs. •Develop dashboards and communicate results to a broad range of audiences. •Collaborate with Credit Builder team while lending expertise to improve processes and performance.

Requirements

•3+ years in analytics with strong SQL. Exposure to Python and ML are a plus. •Expertise in Product Analytics. Bonus if you have experience with financial, B2C, or SaaS products. •Superior communication skills for technical and executive audiences. •Working knowledge of statistical concepts and exploratory data analysis. •Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests. •Ability to synthesize ambiguous problems and develop frameworks for decision-making. •Proven ability to work collaboratively and assert influence without authority. •Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. •Strong sense of intellectual curiosity about users and products. •Experience in a fast-paced consumer or fintech startup is preferred.
