Requirements

• Position Title: Senior Business Consultant – Healthcare Loyalty & Rewards Specialist • Location: St. Louise, MO (Remote opportunity) • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years of experience in loyalty/rewards program management or consulting, with a focus on the healthcare sector. • Proven track record of delivering impactful loyalty strategies and business solutions. • Expertise in CRM systems, data analytics, and loyalty program technologies. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Deep understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and regulatory frameworks. • Strategic vision and expertise in loyalty program design and execution. • Analytical prowess and ability to derive insights from complex datasets. • Leadership and influence to drive organizational change. • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
