Description

• Respond daily to Security requests and queries, as directed by the Team Leader. • Prioritise workload in line with Client expectations. • Completion of all necessary Paperwork associated with job role. • Ensure all work is completed through the application provided via the mobile PDA. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents. • Report Accidents/Incidents including Near Misses to your Team Leader. • Follow all Assignment Instructions and SWP when carrying out your duties. • Responsible for all Keys in relation to Key holding contracts. • Check vehicle to ensure roadworthy at the commencement of each shift. • Responsible for the Bristol Workplace Services issued vehicle throughout the shift. • Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times. • A Commitment to providing first class customer service is essential.

Requirements

• Able to administer first aid (First Aid preferred, training will be provided where applicable). • Fully comprehensive 5-year work and/or education history check. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent administration skills. • Reliable with excellent time-management skills. • A general good state of health – as walking and lifting is a daily aspect of the role. • Conflict management awareness. • Full Clean Driving Licence valid for use in the United Kingdom (ideally with No Points – would consider with 3). • Experience of working in a fast paced and varied Security role.
