Description

• As an Associate for Marketing Strategy & Operations, you will be required to meet our goals of supporting & optimizing all operations & technology to enable effective marketing at BrowserStack. • You will be helping the marketing team to execute, analyze and improve decision-making. • You will also support process development, budget administration, and marketing analytics. • Campaign management • Manage and execute marketing campaigns utilizing marketing systems and CRM to drive growth. • Create, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns. • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements. • Own and oversee database management—segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture, lead management, etc. • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales pipeline growth. • Develop frameworks, processes, and best practices for email marketing techniques to ensure focused interaction with customers • Create and maintain dynamic lists, automated lead scoring and routing rules and field mapping. • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team. • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. • Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously. • Marketing Intelligence & Database Governance • Develop, implement, and maintain account intelligence strategies to identify profitable, high-potential accounts, and garnish and retain the customer base • Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified intelligence platform, and adjust database management to reflect changes, including adding new contacts and correcting inaccuracies • Continually work to set up systems and processes to extract, enrich and classify ideal customer persona. • Monitor system performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure all systems are working properly • Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data. • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support requests for accounts, contacts & lead intelligence. • Own the account, contact and lead enrichment activities along with its reporting and insights • Develop a deep understanding of BrowserStack’s marketing database and help segment it for different marketing communications. • Explore opportunities for data enrichment via AI capabilities • Streamline marketing processes by implementing workflows and automation strategies. • Identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability across marketing operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting campaign execution. • Lead Operations: Manage lead tracking and reporting systems to monitor the progress and effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. • Ensure accurate and timely routing of leads to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up. • Analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize lead quality, and improve lead conversion rates. • Maintain and update lead databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Overall 3-5 yrs experience in B2B SaaS company. • At least 3-5 years experience in marketing operations, MarTech, or related roles. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM Tools; Mailchimp and Salesforce is preferred. • Exposure in SQL, Google Analytics will be a plus. • Knowledge of working with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn, etc. • Structured thinking, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data. • Be able to multitask, prioritise, rapidly iterate, and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment. • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with non-congruent timelines. • Experience with APIs, integrations, and data management platforms. • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for marketing applications is a plus.
