Description

•Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates •Identify and attract top-tier candidates for senior sales positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture •Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide regular updates •Build a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process •Stay updated on industry trends and talent landscapes to identify sourcing strategies and benchmark compensation •Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in sales recruiting, with exposure to hiring senior-level roles •Strong understanding of sales segments, motions, and methodologies •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders •Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively •A go-getter attitude with a knack for identifying exceptional talent •Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
