Description

• Maintain the Workday HCM along Absence, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Help modules • Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, integration warnings/errors • Support the people team projects/integrations through solution design, testing, data loads and more • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; participate in training activities • Maintain proper change management documentation for audit controls and compliance practices • Monitor the efficacy and adoption of solutions, identifying problems and opportunities to enhance or scale solutions • Participate actively in the Workday Community, advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, build a network of peers • Monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans

Requirements

• Workday functional experience in Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Help Modules • 4+ years of Workday experience • Minimum 1 end-to-end Workday implementation experience • Experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration • Experience in preparing materials and leading Delivery Assurance reviews • Experience in building custom reports as per the business requirements • Experience in developing functional business integration requirements • Experience with 3rd party integration providers • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and stakeholder expectations • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
