• This is a remote position. • 40 hours a week • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM Central Standard Time • Includes 1hr unpaid break • As an Accountant/CPA, you’ll be at the financial helm of a thriving e-commerce fulfillment powerhouse. • This role offers an exhilarating opportunity to apply your accounting expertise in a high-growth, tech-driven environment. • You’ll be instrumental in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine standards, and providing critical insights that will shape the company’s financial strategy. • From overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks to contributing to high-level financial planning, your role will be diverse and impactful. • You’ll have the chance to streamline processes, implement cutting-edge financial technologies, and play a crucial part in the company’s expansion plans, including potential acquisitions in the Philippine market.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA certification with a proven track record in accounting, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce sectors • In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations, with a commitment to staying updated on changes • Proficiency in advanced accounting software and expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel • Sharp attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset • Experience in managing payroll for large workforces, particularly in warehouse or logistics settings • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growing business environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for optimizing financial processes and driving business growth • Familiarity with e-commerce and logistics industry financial trends is a significant plus
