📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Schedule Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm GMT+11 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. • Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships. • Set up and conduct regular client meetings and updates. • Monitor project progress across various marketing campaigns. • Communicate complex marketing concepts and campaign results to clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. • Proactively identify and address potential client concerns. • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. • Initially manage 2-3 client accounts with potential for growth. • Collaborate with various internal teams including SEO, digital marketing, and traditional media. • Utilize CRM systems, Monday.com, Canvas, and other dashboard tools for project management. • Participate in both internal and client-facing meetings. • Work closely with the agency owner to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in marketing, preferably in an agency environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in marketing terms and jargon • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Performance or digital marketing experience preferred
