• This is a remote position. • 4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/week Monday to Friday, Flexible during client business hours, 8 AM – 2 PM Oakland, CA time. • We’re seeking a highly organized, self-managed Operations & Outreach Manager to lead our studio’s daily operations, client acquisition, and digital presence. • This person will manage the studio’s listings across booking platforms, maintain customer satisfaction, promote our services—including podcast and audiobook recording—and continuously find ways to grow and optimize the business.
