• Proven experience in a recruitment company, with legal sector experience highly valued • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to create sophisticated documents, spreadsheets, and presentations • Creative flair with advanced Canva proficiency for designing engaging recruitment materials • Demonstrated expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies • Sharp understanding of recruitment workflows and how to optimize them for maximum efficiency • Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for creating order from chaos • Self-starter mentality with the confidence to take initiative and suggest improvements • Responsive communication style with a commitment to real-time collaboration • Adaptability to work with Dubai business hours • Passion for the recruitment industry and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing business
