📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM EDT (9 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break • Work schedule: Monday to Friday • You’ll be part of a small, agile team of 2-3 people, including engineers and a project manager. • Your role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications while actively contributing to planning, research, automation, and continuous improvement. • Research & Feasibility Checks – Assist in feature ideation by providing insights from your research or experience. • Advise the team on feasibility and suggest alternative solutions. • Planning & Estimation – Support the team in planning and estimating features to ensure timely and efficient rollouts. • Salesforce Development – Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, including configurations, Apex coding, and Lightning Components. • Continuous Improvement – Actively participate in team retrospectives, identifying issues, and proposing solutions. • Automation – Utilize Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes and enhance productivity. • Quality Assurance – Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance. • Documentation – Maintain clear and detailed documentation of all customizations and configurations. • User Training & Support – Provide training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce Service Cloud.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and best practices for customer service and support. • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and related technologies. • Ability to work remotely with international teams. • Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Resourcefulness – you may not have all the answers upfront, but you’re willing to research, learn on the go, and get the job done. • A structured and organized work style – if your PRs are well-structured, have clear descriptions, and your JIRA/ClickUp tickets are always up to date, we want you!
