📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager • Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidate preferred) • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (Las Vegas Time) (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM PHT) • About Us: We are a thriving e-commerce business based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in seasonal consumer goods. • With a dynamic, tight-knit team, we’ve established ourselves as a growing force in our industry through our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. • Our company operates on cutting-edge platforms—including Shopify and custom database solutions—and manages everything from inventory to customer relations with precision and care. • We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading our accounting operations. • The ideal candidate will be Philippines-based, a Certified Public Accountant (PH), and QuickBooks Certified with at least 3-5 years of U.S. accounting experience. • This person will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and managing a small team of junior accountants or bookkeepers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA license in PH required) • QuickBooks Certification • 3–5 years of related experience in U.S. accounting; more senior candidates with 5+ years of experience are also welcome to apply • Demonstrated experience managing and training junior team members (Bookkeepers, AP/AR clerks, etc.) • Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, payroll, sales and use tax) • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and other relevant financial regulations • Experience with retail business accounting; knowledge of importing and e-commerce (e.g., Shopify) a plus • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
