📋 Description

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Brushfire products and services • Understanding and participating in consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospect and finding new potential sales outlets • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales team for next steps • Utilize sales CRM, outbound lead generation tools, and cold calling to generate new sales opportunities • Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities • Setup and facilitates sales screenings and virtual meetings between prospective customers and the sales team • Report to sales team lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in church/non-profit technology • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Prior experience on a sales team with history of success in meeting sales goals • Strong desire to meet goals and move up within a sales organization • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Proficiency with Hubspot preferred • Quiet and dedicated space to work at home during regular business hours • Alignment with our organization’s values
