We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence. • The Demand Planning & Purchasing Manager will oversee the forecasting and purchasing functions to ensure optimal inventory levels and seamless supply chain operations. This role will focus on managing demand forecasts, procurement strategies, and supplier relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The Demand Planning & Purchasing Manager will play a critical role in minimizing stockouts, optimizing purchasing efficiency, and supporting new product launches.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, purchasing, or supply chain management. • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management. • Proficiency in ERP systems and demand planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. • Experience in the CPG or eCommerce industry. • Familiarity with supplier performance management and contract negotiations. • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of global sourcing and procurement best practices.

• Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
