Description

• Assist in project initiation, including defining project objectives, scope, and stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of project schedules and timelines. • Help identify and allocate necessary resources. • Maintain regular communication with project team members and stakeholders. • Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and meeting minutes. • Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. • Collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation and contingency plans. • Track project tasks and milestones to ensure adherence to the project plan. • Help maintain project quality standards and ensure deliverables meet client and company expectations. • Monitor project costs and track variances. • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant documents. • Support in maintaining positive relationships with clients and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools) • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus • A desire to learn and grow in the field of project management • Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
