Description
• Responsible for lead or supporting technical consultant on NetSuite implementations • Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate • Collaborate with functional counterparts for custom solutions • Translate business requirements into technical designs • Lead technical process mapping and design for integrations • Challenge client on requirements and ensure technical alignment • Draft technical design documents for approval by Client • Lead Technical activities in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Lead System Administrator Knowledge Transfer and Enablement • Define data conversion/migration strategy and lead activities • Provide ongoing technical support post go-live • Lead/support technical project management activities • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 6+ full life cycle implementations • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - SuiteCloud Developer I, II • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills • Ability to manage client and team interactions, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment • Eagerness to mentor junior staff • Git / SDF experience • React / Node JS experience (not mandatory)
