β’ A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree is required β’ Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) is preferred β’ 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a data analytics role, supporting organizational or department leadership β’ Proficiency in using Tableau or other data visualization tools and understanding visualization best practices β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and maintain excellent attention to detail β’ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships β’ Demonstrated proactive problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making capabilities β’ Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion β’ Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment β’ Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and experience with SharePoint
