📋 Description
• Create complex PL/SQL queries and processes to generate reports to support the New Jersey Department of Health and Department of Human Services in implementing protocols, evaluating drug utilization and monitoring cost savings. • Trend and analyze data to identify areas for potential healthcare quality enhancement and improvement. • Provide information about drug claim volume and payments to help guide the state in managing drug-related policies and programs. • Measure the state's performance on various metrics. • Collaborate with the MEP Report Writer for specific projects and back up as needed. • Communicate regularly with managers at Gainwell and the state to understand their needs and then design, execute, and present reports for various projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience creating SQL queries, preferably for a Healthcare industry. • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft SQL, including analyzing and modifying existing SQL queries and advanced SQL concepts such as analytic functions, CTEs, and complex joins. • Experience in health-related analytics and/or biostatistics • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and Excel tables. • Strong organizational skills for keeping track of report requests and priorities • Create and maintain documentation related to new and existing reports • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
