📋 Description

• Manage the production and distribution of scientific and technical information to ensure compliance with organizational policies. • Establish policies and procedures for STI information compliance. • Curate, organize, and manage scientific and technical information. • Develop and maintain digital communication tools for information and training. • Communicate and train across teams on STI processes and requirements. • Evaluate management practices and implement process improvements. • Support drafting regulations and procedures for government organizations. • Manage STI databases and disseminate technical information. • Ensure technical information is documented and transmitted timely. • Create quality control processes for STI information accuracy. • Provide program performance reports and analyses as requested. • Continue to improve processes based on feedback and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Secret required, TS with SCI eligibility preferred. • Proven experience in government or military security management. • Strong familiarity with security guidance around ITAR, export and import of data, and associated forms. • Strong understanding of AFRL, DoD, and other government security guidance and compliance requirements. • Strong understand of STI policies and requirements. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • Strong interpersonal skills to manage information and implement mitigation strategies in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills to ensure the compliance and security of the organization initiatives. • Excellent written and verbal communications with attention to detail.
