📋 Description

• Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. • Looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Manager. • Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure. • Ensure highest levels of system security and compliance. • Drive initiatives that enhance scalability, performance, and resilience. • Design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure (primarily GCP and AWS). • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. • Implement proactive monitoring and maintenance strategies. • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships. • Develop, enforce, and continuously improve information security policies. • Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and compliance audits. • Oversee incident response and security investigations. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 8+ years of IT infrastructure management experience • 5+ years of information security experience • Team management experience • Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud services, and security frameworks • Experience with compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) • Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools • Experience with DevSecOps practices • ITIL certification • Strong project management background • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
