• Analyze product usage data, identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Act as a critical link between product, sales, and pricing teams. • Use data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• SQL Expertise: Proficient in SQL for complex data querying and analysis. • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on critical thinking and deriving actionable insights. • Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input from others or collaborate with teams. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and insights. • Experience: Proven experience in an analytics role, ideally within a product support or similar context. • Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and statistical analysis software is a plus.
