Description

• Responsible for building, fostering, and maintaining strong client relationships • Ensure exceptional service delivery and contribute to client satisfaction • Drive client satisfaction based on quarterly NPS data, retention, and expansion • Develop and nurture relationships with executive-level client contacts • Engage with clients to understand their strategic business objectives • Work with Client Services to proactively address client concerns • Identify client opportunities to adopt additional services • Lead contract renewals and ensure successful positioning • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for client satisfaction

Requirements

• 15+ years of client management experience with a track record of significant success • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are preferred) • Proven experience in client relationship management, particularly with executive-level contacts, in the benefits domain and driving adoption of new products/services in an active growth environment • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with executive contacts • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs • Analytical skills to assess data and make data-driven decisions • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
