Help Wanted… •Budderfly is a fast-growth, private equity-backed energy management outsourcing company that is committed to reducing global carbon emissions for small to medium sized enterprises. •We are the premier sustainability partner for businesses with repeatable footprints such as restaurant chains, assisted living facilities, retail franchises, and more. •With zero upfront investment, Budderfly installs, monitors, and manages a combination of patented technologies, equipment upgrades, and proprietary energy software to help deliver complete energy saving solutions for our customers. •We are an energetic and dedicated team working together to make a positive impact on the environment while providing an excellent customer experience. •We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. •In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects within a technical operational environment and assisting in maintaining processes using Smartsheets and Excel. •The Project Manager role is crucial as it ensures the successful execution of projects, maintains relationships with third-party vendors, and fulfills client needs while delivering results.

🎯 Requirements

•Broad understanding of project management and operational policies, procedures, and practices •Software Engineering experience and/or proficient in Smartsheet/Excel •Must possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication skills •Creative problem solver with the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service •3+ years of experience in HVAC installations •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics preferred •Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently with complex interdependencies •Experience in the energy sector is helpful but not required •Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills •Extensive organizational and time-management skills to meet aggressive deadlines •Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required •Flexible hours are required as field crews’ schedules will vary and may include some weekend and late-night work •Limited travel.
