Description

• Budderfly is a fast-growth, private equity-backed energy management outsourcing company. • Responsible for managing various projects within a technical operational environment. • Ensures the successful execution of projects, maintains relationships with vendors, and fulfills client needs.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of project management and operational policies, procedures, and practices • Must possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication skills • Creative problem solver with the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installations • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Work experience counts in lieu of a college degree • Project Management Certification and/or Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification preferred but not required • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently with complex interdependencies • Experience in the energy sector is helpful but not required • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills • Extensive organizational and time-management skills to meet aggressive deadlines • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required • Flexible hours are required as field crews’ schedules will vary and may include some weekend and late-night work • Occasional travel-30%-40%
