Help Wanted… • Budderfly is a fast-growth energy management outsourcing company committed to reducing carbon emissions. • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing lighting installation projects. • Strong organizational skills and experience with subcontractors are required. • Essential for implementing energy-efficient lighting solutions, helping organizations reduce energy costs and lower carbon footprint. • Manage contractors, develop strong relationships, and monitor performance throughout project execution. • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure project documentation is up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Facilities management/building engineer experience preferred • Proven experience in project management, preferably in lighting or related industries • Experience managing subcontractors overseeing lighting, electrical, or construction projects • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
