• Organize and coordinate specific projects • Provide project oversight promoting the company’s culture • Align projects with specific business unit goals • Manage risks, issues and take corrective measurements • Articulate and manage project metrics including outcomes, budget, and ROI • Resolve scope issues and manage stakeholder communication • Utilize industry best practices throughout project execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or other managerial position (PMP a plus) • Proven execution in coordinating and completing projects on time and within budget • Balanced business/technical background; prior experience with SCRUM/Agile • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods • Familiarity with Agile principles – blending traditional project management practices with an Agile development approach to provide the appropriate level of agility and predictability • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, JIRA, Miro, etc.) is a strong advantage • Proven success working with all levels of management • Strong written and verbal communications skills (to include presentation skills) • Strong problem-solving ability • Industry knowledge of the insurance sector & related operational models is a strong advantage
