Description

• Manage the entire lifecycle of ad production, from brainstorming and ideation through scripting, compliance, recording, video editing, and final release. • Directly manage workflow and communications between team leads, copywriters, video editors, analysts, and media buyers to ensure the project progresses smoothly and efficiently. • Maintain documentation of processes and create protocols that enhance our ad development workflows. • Ensure all advertising content meets our rigorous standards for creativity, proof, uniqueness, and compliance before going live. • Utilize tools like Asana to track all phases of the ad production process, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed. • Responsible for ensuring that reports and KPIs are accurately built, maintained, and shared with relevant stakeholders. This includes verifying the accuracy of data, analyzing trends, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within an e-commerce or marketing agency setting, preferably involving advertising campaigns. • Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira). • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage cross-functional teams. • Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Experience in direct response marketing environments and understanding of the creative and technical aspects of video production. • A strong track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects. • Familiarity with compliance processes and quality assurance in advertising. • Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
