Description

• Project Manager of Field Operations focusing on water conservation measures • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the installation of water conservation measures • Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and subcontractor experience • Engage in energy conservation measures, making a tangible impact on resource management and energy conservation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Facilities management/building engineer experience preferred • Proven experience in project management, preferably in water conservation, plumbing, or related industries • Experience managing subcontractors overseeing plumbing, electrical, refrigeration or construction projects • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Knowledge of water conservation practices and regulations is a plus
