• The Project Manager will lead and oversee portfolios, programs, and projects. • Ensures that strategic initiatives are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. • Involves effective collaboration across the organization, engaging stakeholders, and fulfilling commitments. • Key responsibilities include process governance, securing stakeholder buy-in, and optimizing resource utilization. • Primary goal is to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring commitments are met and labor resources are efficiently utilized.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager across diverse technology and program areas. • Proven ability to manage project resources both indirectly and remotely. • Skilled in overseeing all stages of the project life cycle, including scheduling, budgeting, risk and issue management, and status reporting to various organizational levels. • Experience working with various platforms and techniques, including CRM systems, CMS platforms, mobile apps, and data analytics technologies. • Metrics-driven with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across groups to reach consensus on both short- and long-term product plans. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in interacting effectively with all levels of management. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
