Description

β€’ Proactively work with Creative and Design Leadership teams to assign in-house talent to upcoming projects (packaging, creative content, and full-funnel marketing campaign assets). β€’ Establish resource management processes (such as requests, tracking, and Quarterly/Annual capacity reporting) that are documented and aligned in an easily accessible way. β€’ Lead bi-weekly resource meeting/s to ensure all projects have been allocated to appropriate teams and are in line with capacity and business priorities. β€’ Flag resourcing risks to leadership and drive solution-driven responses. β€’ Effectively Manage resource allocations and workload balancing in designated resource/project management tools such as Asana and Workfront. β€’ Source freelance talent as needed (creative, studio, and production) for upcoming and active projects working with the Ops team on budget availability and management. β€’ Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and freelance talent.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience at a top-tier advertising agency, post-production house, film, animation, or creative company. β€’ A solid understanding of the advertising/marketing creative lifecycle and cross-discipline roles. β€’ Knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suites, Slack, Asana, Workfront, Figma, Jira, Wrike, etc. β€’ Plus if you have experience in business affairs for contract management.
