• Mantis Innovation is a leading facility performance consultant delivering sustainable solutions. • Project Manager manages contract/project performance on Mantis projects. • Focus on HVAC equipment maintenance and support for specific HVAC accounts. • Ensure high quality/project delivery meets client's contract requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC installation and repair projects. • Strong basis of knowledge in HCAV systems, project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications. • Active in industry related professional organizations. • Ability to work with extended project teams including field teams, contractors, and remote teams.
