📋 Description

• As our new Executive Producer, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of innovative user-generated content tools, ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-quality experiences. • You will oversee production pipelines, manage multiple teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align with business goals. • This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of game development, strong project management expertise, and the ability to balance creative ambition with production efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in game production, with a proven track record of shipping successful projects. • Extensive experience in a senior production role (e.g., Senior Producer, Lead Producer, or Executive Producer). • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and align teams toward common goals. • Deep understanding of game development processes, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project). • Experience managing multiple teams, large-scale projects, and cross-functional collaboration. • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creative vision, technical feasibility, and project constraints. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
