Description

• Manage a cross-functional team to ensure CAHPP's goals are met • Contribute to the development of key deliverables including CAHPP Blueprint and marketing campaign assets • Compile updates on team and market developments for quarterly reports • Support planning for Advisory Board meetings and budget management • Coordinate effectively with BDC team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including project and process management • A commitment to advancing decarbonization efforts and alignment with BDC’s mission • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines concurrently and to adapt to evolving direction and objectives • Keen analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills that enable informed decision-making • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality materials • Familiarity with California’s energy policy landscape and key stakeholders and/or with building decarbonization technologies • Demonstrated ability to engage professionally and collaboratively with diverse partners and stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred experience includes contract management, invoicing and progress reporting, and project budget oversight • Bachelor’s degree in related field
