Description

• Coordinates and supports activities of large-scale energy programs alongside program leadership, program delivery partners, and State Energy offices • Tracks high-level program deliverables, schedules, and milestones • Organizes leadership and other meetings, including tracking agendas and taking notes • Coordinates with internal support teams including Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering • In-person and virtual client engagement throughout the duration of the project/program • Supports problem resolution activities • Conducts analysis as needed to support decision-making

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Columbus, OH area • A Bachelors degree in business, engineering or relevant field of study • 4 years of previous relevant project management experience is required; preferably in the energy efficiency field • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills • Client management experience • Proven experience tracking project schedules • Willingness to put in the extra effort when needed, you will not be alone • Highly motivated with the ability to be flexible and move seamlessly among tasks as priorities shift • Excellent word, excel, outlook and power point skills; Asana, Smartsheets or equivalent a bonus • Superior interpersonal/client skills; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information • High degree of inter-cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness
