Description

• Coordinates and supports activities of a large-scale energy programs alongside program leadership, our program delivery partner/s, and State Energy offices. • Track high-level program deliverables, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with the program's objectives and priorities. • Organizes leadership and other meetings, including tracking agendas, taking notes and scheduling leadership meetings • Coordinates with internal support teams including Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing. • In-person and virtual client engagement throughout the duration of the project/program. • Supports problem resolution activities, including working with colleagues and subcontractors to resolve issues or prepping materials to brief leadership on emerging issues • Conducts analysis as needed to support decision-making

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Harrisburg, PA area. • A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or relevant field of study. • 4 years of previous relevant project management experience is required; preferably in the energy efficiency field. • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills • Client management experience • Proven experience tracking project schedules • Willingness to put in the extra effort when needed, you will not be alone. • Highly motivated with the ability to be flexible and move seamlessly among tasks as priorities shift • Excellent word, excel, outlook and power point skills; Asana, Smartsheets or equivalent a bonus • Superior interpersonal/client skills; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information • High degree of inter-cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness.
