β’ Coordinates and supports activities of large-scale energy programs alongside program leadership, program delivery partners, and State Energy offices β’ Tracks high-level program deliverables, schedules, and milestones β’ Organizes leadership and other meetings, including tracking agendas and taking notes β’ Coordinates with internal support teams including Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering β’ In-person and virtual client engagement throughout the duration of the project/program β’ Supports problem resolution activities β’ Conducts analysis as needed to support decision-making
β’ Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Columbus, OH area β’ A Bachelors degree in business, engineering or relevant field of study β’ 4 years of previous relevant project management experience is required; preferably in the energy efficiency field β’ Excellent organizational and scheduling skills β’ Client management experience β’ Proven experience tracking project schedules β’ Willingness to put in the extra effort when needed, you will not be alone β’ Highly motivated with the ability to be flexible and move seamlessly among tasks as priorities shift β’ Excellent word, excel, outlook and power point skills; Asana, Smartsheets or equivalent a bonus β’ Superior interpersonal/client skills; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information β’ High degree of inter-cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness
