β’ The CDC Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to work with jurisdictional staff at the Kentucky Department of Public Health to develop and implement systems and processes, manage project budgeting, and audit/evaluate project performance.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution required and master's degree is preferred. β’ Eight years of experience in research administration, project management, report writing, management in complex study design or public health administration β’ Skill in program analysis and evaluation. β’ Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail β’ Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts, administrators, external partners, and the public. β’ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. β’ Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. β’ Strong cultural competency and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in an environment with diverse cultures, multiple perspectives, and competing needs. β’ Ability to anticipate roadblocks and independently resolve challenges. β’ Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple facets of project development and implementation.
