Description

β€’ The CDC Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to work with jurisdictional staff at the Kentucky Department of Public Health to develop and implement systems and processes, manage project budgeting, and audit/evaluate project performance.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution required and master's degree is preferred. β€’ Eight years of experience in research administration, project management, report writing, management in complex study design or public health administration β€’ Skill in program analysis and evaluation. β€’ Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts, administrators, external partners, and the public. β€’ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. β€’ Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. β€’ Strong cultural competency and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in an environment with diverse cultures, multiple perspectives, and competing needs. β€’ Ability to anticipate roadblocks and independently resolve challenges. β€’ Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple facets of project development and implementation.
