Description
•Manage a team of Program Coordinators for sustainable agriculture projects •Support viability evaluations and business use cases for pilot projects •Develop and implement Truterra's Innovation Pipeline •Collaborate with IT and marketing for project execution and financial models •Optimize project workflows and design studies for key initiatives
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM field •10 or more years leading new business development and growth •5 or more years of agricultural industry experience •Experience building, growing and leading teams •5 or more years developing and leading innovation pipeline frameworks •Proven ability to manage a high-performing technical team •Experience managing complex and fast-paced projects with ambiguity
