Description
• Overseeing the work of client teams within the firm • Developing strategic plans to grow professional services accounts • Delivering a range of professional services to meet client needs • Drive growth and client satisfaction • Support Management Solutions’ Consulting Services Practice • Improve client business performance through various assessments & implementations • Contribute strategic industry and subject matter expertise • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff
Requirements
• US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident status • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline • 15+ years' work experience in professional services or with Energy or Defense consulting organizations • Significant energy and defense business experience with IT project management • Demonstrated Executive / C-level relationships with energy and defense clients • Demonstrable experience leading business development initiatives • Full lifecycle solution experience • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and people skills • High degree of self-confidence and determination • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
