Description

• Management Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for project coordination and completion. • The primary role is effectively managing deliverables and resource needs of projects. • Addressing obstacles to project success while focusing on software and business process implementation. • Tracks deadlines, assignments, and monitors project progress. • Provides hands-on expertise and develops methods for project completion. • Performs duties with a maintained focus on customer satisfaction. • Responsible for program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment. • Develops budget and manages key requirements from cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• U.S Citizen • Bachelor’s degree required • 5 + years of work experience in an advanced management role • Able to engage in strategic conversations leveraging project management as the core competency. • Demonstrated service-oriented industry experience • Strong analytical/problem resolution skills • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal • Strong working knowledge of business management best practice • Aptitude for exceptional problem-solving skills –analytical, innovative, and creative • Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team in support of direct billing goals • High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams • Confidence and maturity to work with senior clients and internal staff • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
