Description

• Oversee Program Management portfolio of projects and programs • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and priorities • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and optimization through strategic initiatives • Establish and maintain a program management framework • Lead a team of Program Managers for multiple programs and projects • Monitor project and program progress • Maintain knowledge of Program Management and reporting PMO tools • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education • Seven (7) years of credit/debit card and/or financial industry-related experience • Five (5) years of client project, program management and/or conversion-related experience • Five (5) years of management experience preferred • PMP / PgMP Certification Preferred
