• Develop and manage interactive web-based distance learning management system (LMS) • Coordinate logistics of accredited training courses • Provide training packages for healthcare professionals • Ensure LMS capabilities for course management and certification • Develop custom educational modules
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field • Master’s degree preferred • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar certification desirable • Proven experience in developing and managing online training programs • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web-based education delivery
