β€’ Develop, manage, and optimize client touch points for increased engagement and trust β€’ Partner with campaign management to coordinate content for cross-sell/upsell opportunities β€’ Conduct A/B testing, analyze and optimize campaigns for strong ROI β€’ Collaborate with teams to develop and execute customer communications β€’ Manage Customer Reference Program and collaborate for proactive references β€’ Partner to produce relevant content engaging prospects across marketing funnel β€’ Support marketing campaigns, emails, and programs across demand and lead generation

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years experience in customer marketing and communications roles β€’ Exceptional follow-through and project management skills β€’ Understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging marketing channels β€’ Familiarity with B2B lifecycle marketing, growth, and retention best practices β€’ Proficiency in Pardot, HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce β€’ Ability to work collaboratively across business functions β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills
