Description

• Develop, manage, and optimize client touch points for increased engagement and trust • Partner with campaign management to coordinate content for cross-sell/upsell opportunities • Conduct A/B testing, analyze and optimize campaigns for strong ROI • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute customer communications • Manage Customer Reference Program and collaborate for proactive references • Partner to produce relevant content engaging prospects across marketing funnel • Support marketing campaigns, emails, and programs across demand and lead generation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in customer marketing and communications roles • Exceptional follow-through and project management skills • Understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging marketing channels • Familiarity with B2B lifecycle marketing, growth, and retention best practices • Proficiency in Pardot, HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce • Ability to work collaboratively across business functions • Excellent communication and presentation skills
