Description

• The successful Marketing Program Manager is a leader with deep project and program management toolkits. • Skilled communicator who sets expectations for the team and clients clearly and effectively. • Manages multiple projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. • Identifies and mitigates risks while ensuring projects stay within scope. • Prepares deliverables for clients and builds strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Five+ years of project management, program management, or marketing/management consulting experience. • Experience in areas such as digital marketing, marketing strategy, and customer experience design. • Superior communication and client-facing skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with high-pressure situations and manage conflicts. • Motivated, self-starting, and comfortable with high rates of change. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, Microsoft Project preferred. • Able to work effectively remotely and across time zones.
