You'll work closely with our sales team to demonstrate our platform's value, provide technical guidance during implementations, and ensure our solutions align with customer requirements. β€’ Some of the ways you drive impact: β€’ Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customers' operations and processes β€’ Design and document technical solutions that map to customer workflows β€’ Provide detailed technical guidance during customer implementations β€’ Partner with our product team to influence roadmap decisions based on customer needs β€’ Create and maintain technical documentation for customer-facing solutions β€’ Own the technical relationship with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor β€’ Conduct engaging product demonstrations that illustrate clear value propositions β€’ Monitor customer health through data analytics and proactive engagement

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical customer success, or similar roles β€’ Proven track record implementing enterprise software solutions β€’ Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex operational workflows and data processes β€’ Strong communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for various audiences β€’ Experience using data analytics to drive customer success strategies β€’ Kind and curiousβ€”always open to learning from colleagues, clients, and the industry. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25%.
