• Buildout is on a transformative journey as a commercial real estate technology platform. • You will be the strategic financial leader guiding the company through this pivotal phase. • Refine financial strategy, stabilize operations, and integrate multiple entities into a cohesive organization. • Enhance financial performance, establish strong financial controls, and align operations with long-term vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior finance or operational leadership role, such as CFO or VP of Finance, within a dynamic and evolving business environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred. • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. • Experience with private equity transactions - M&A, funding strategies, deal rooms, exit transactions, and more. • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and associated success metrics.
