Requirements
• HR Experience: 3+ years in HR, generalist or specialist. • HR Tech Know-How: Experience with HR systems implementation, especially HiBob, Employment Hero, or Rippling. • Tech-Savvy HR Mindset: Optimizing HR processes with tech. • Fantastic Communicator: Understand client needs, provide solutions. • Organized: Project management skills to balance tasks. • Quick Learner: Analytical with attention to detail.
