Description

• Salary up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. • Panaseer is a unique business changing the face of enterprise security. • Role involves championing culture, fostering engagement, and enhancing employee experience. • You will own and execute full generalist people operations processes. • Maintain engaging, supportive and inclusive culture. • Operationalise and execute people operations processes throughout employment lifecycle. • First point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day activities. • Manage compliance with ISO and GDPR from a people team perspective. • Coordinate payroll input and compliance for all payrolls.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you’re comfortable with managing multiple competing priorities. • You are empathetic, approachable and quickly build positive connections with people. • You have strong communications skills, both in written format and verbally, with the ability to confidently and clearly deliver messages across all levels of the organisation. • You have a solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving. • You uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information. • You are systematic, thorough and detail-oriented. • You enjoy working in a small people team that supports employees in both the UK and US. • You are task-oriented and tactical but can also step back and consider the wider strategy. • You are passionate about positive employee experiences and have a deep interest in how this connects to business strategy and individual needs. • You naturally apply a risk and opportunity lens and have a keen interest in getting under the hood of people data and reporting.
